  • One-off purchase of beginner pole courses

  • Digital choreography licences for instructors

All content is delivered digitally via online platforms. No physical goods are provided.

2. Payment & access

Payments are processed securely via:

  • WooCommerce and PayPal for general purchases

  • Teachable for subscriptions and access to course content

You may be required to create an account on Teachable to access subscription-based content.

3. Refund policy

Due to the digital nature of our services:

  • All sales are final once access has been granted to the content

  • We do not offer refunds on subscriptions or digital downloads

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future billing

This includes downloadable products such as PDF guides and digital resources.

4. Age restrictions

You must be 18 years or older to purchase or access any content from our website.

5. Choreography licensing

By purchasing a choreography routine through the Choreo Portal, you are granted:

  • Lifetime access to the routine and its accompanying tutorial

  • The right to teach the choreography in your own classes or workshops

  • The right to incorporate it into a multi-week course or performance

You may not resell, redistribute, or claim the choreography as your own original work.

6. Intellectual property

All content provided by Pole Dance with Dan, including videos, tutorials, class plans, and branding, remains the intellectual property of Daniel Rosen may not be copied, redistributed, shared, or used commercially without permission.

6.1. Digital product usage

All downloadable products, including PDF guides and digital resources, are provided for personal use only.

By purchasing, you agree that you will not:

  • Share, distribute, or forward the content to others
  • Upload the content to any public or private platform
  • Resell or reproduce the content in any form

Access to digital products is non-transferable.

We reserve the right to revoke access to any user found to be in breach of these terms.

7. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damages arising from the use of our services. You train at your own risk and should consult a medical professional before beginning any physical training program.
